I have been in DC for three weeks, but still can not quite enjoy the life here. I do not know how to get along with the people in my department , which made me very uncomfortable, since most of the time I do not really know what they are talking about...I did make many new friends though , they are all from other departments. I have lunch with them every day and we were talking while eating , which makes me feel that I am back to Austin.

Talking about Austin , I miss it so much . You can not imagine how I miss it . I did not realize that I already take Austin as my second hometown until I came to DC. I miss Austin everyday and I miss the happy days in Austin , I miss all my friends. Without comparison , I can never know that Austin is such a wonderful place!!I love it so much . I wish I could come back to Austin soon.

I went to Smithsonian on Sunday , this is the picture in front of the art museum.


I was lonely , coz I was doing sightseeing alone. I did not look so happy.


Luckily , I met a boy came to visit , he was traveling alone and he invited me to see the museums with him. So , I finally got someone to take pictures for me. Ha, fun!!
